Asia Society Texas Center is a museum and educational institution building bridges across oceans and between neighborhoods. Located in Houston’s Museum District, Asia Society connects Houston with thought leaders and artists alike to celebrate vibrant cultures and diverse perspectives, inspire empathy, and foster a better understanding of our interconnected world.

Since 2013, Asia Society’s annual Night Market festival has celebrated Houston’s vibrant and diverse Asian American Pacific Islander communities via a one-night, block-party blowout. Drawing inspiration from street markets found in East and Southeast Asia, Night Market showcases a curated selection of local artisans and cultural partners, and welcomes thousands of guests to enjoy exhibitions, shopping, and delicious food.

While we look forward to a time when we can once again gather at Asia Society with 4,000 neighbors, friends, family, and partners, we have transformed this year’s Night Market into a digital experience that continues to celebrate the vibrancy of Houston’s arts and food scenes. Many of the local AAPI-owned restaurants and small business highlighted here were the first to feel the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and our hope is that you and your loved ones will enjoy learning about and supporting these incredible members of our shared community.
