B2J Suancai Fish

Restaurant specializing in Chinese Sauerkraut Fish.

Buerjia Chinese Sauerkraut Fish started as a chain in Seattle and the Bay area, serving authentic Sichuan Chinese sauerkraut fish, or “Signature Sour and Spicy Fish,” a popular dish consisting of Sichuan hot and sour fish soup, as well as hot and cold appetizers on the side to add in the fish broth. The sauerkraut refers to pickled whole cabbage leaves included in the soup.

Learn more about the grand opening in Houston:

B2J Suancai Fish was founded by a strong and happy couple, following their visit to a Chinese Sauerkraut Fish restaurant in Guangzhou, China. This inspired their decision to open their first spectacular restaurant in the Seattle area. In their efforts to provide others with the happiness they got from genuine food, the business is now bringing the tastiness and flavor of Chinese meals to the people of Houston, with a grand opening of their fabulous new location that took place on November 4, 2020.

Located in Bellaire Food Street.
