I've been a fan of Anita Jaisinghani's food since the early days of Indika. She reliably uses fresh fruits and vegetables in interesting ways... two faves are the pomegranate pani poori and the Pondi Salad. And don't forget that Pondicheri's little-sister cafe is located in Asia Society Texas Center!
