Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

Taste genuine Yunnan food in just 10 seconds!

The Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle restaurant originates from the Chinese noodle chain Shi Miao Dao (十秒到), which has over 750 locations in China. The eatery offers a menu of rice noodle bowls inspired by southern Chinese cuisine and also serves appetizers, such as edamame, chicken wings, seaweed salad, and takoyaki.

From the owner:

Crossing-the-bridge noodles have over a 100-year long rich history. Cross-the-bridge noodles were invented by a woman who had to take lunch across a bridge to her husband who worked on an island, so she packaged everything separately to keep the noodles from getting soggy. Cross-the-bridge noodles are served with the noodles and other ingredients separate from the broth, so customers add everything at once and then eat at their own preference. That story is the one we adhere to as the history of our storied cuisine, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you! Follow us on our journey to share our love of Ten Seconds Noodles with all of Texas!
