Spicy Girl West University has transformed into Trendy Dumpling, a brand new destination for juicy xiao long bao (soup dumplings) in Houston!
In addition to pork and chicken soup dumplings, Trendy Dumpling also serves decadent truffle and veggie dumplings, noodle dishes, and Sichuan classics like tea-smoked duck, mapo tofu, and salt and pepper shrimp. A solid list of cold and hot appetizers is also on offer, ranging from crunchy cucumber salad to spicy tendon and smoked eggplant.
