Xin Chao is a modern Vietnamese restaurant from Chefs Christine Ha and Tony J. Nguyen, both second-generation Vietnamese-Americans who have long called Houston home.
At Xin Chao, we invite you to enjoy our contemporary take on Vietnamese cuisine which uses locally sourced ingredients from Texas and the Gulf Coast. Our food is a homage to our Vietnamese heritage and family recipes while also playing to the regional flavors we grew up eating. At the bar, you will find draft beers, wines, and craft cocktails carefully curated to pair with our menu.
Virtually anything made in Christine Ha's kitchen is going to be delicious! The menu has a lot of higher-end items, but one can be satisfied with many of creative Starters, including the Not Our Ma's Eggrolls. Another standout recommended for adults is the Pandan Colada — a tasty pina colada with popping boba.
